To ensure the safe and efficient dismantling of containers, Hainan Jitong has conducted a detailed communication with the terminal operators on the characteristics of the new type of containers and precautions for loading and unloading. A detailed plan has been formulated to ensure that the dismantling of automobile cargo is done with utmost care, ensuring nothing is left to chance.
During the unloading process, Hainan Jitong strictly follows the standard procedures for vehicle container dismantling. The person in charge strictly controls the "quality" of each process, guiding workers throughout the process to ensure that screws are returned to their positions, wire ends are wrapped, and parts are protected with anti-abrasion pads, effectively avoiding the risk of vehicle quality damage.
Ocean freight containers for export are divided into small and large containers. The master drives the car accurately into the designated position in the container, and then wooden wedges are installed on the side of each wheel, which are then fixed to the container body with steel nails to increase stability.
Next, straps are pulled over each wheel and tied to hooks on both sides of the container. Note that the parts of the straps that come into contact with the wheel hubs must be specially treated with materials that will not cause scratches, protecting the car while ensuring safety.
If multiple cars are loaded into one container, a special fixing rack is also needed. Generally, a small container can hold 1 car, and a high container can hold up to 4 small cars.
In this way, the cars and the container form an extremely stable structure, ensuring the safe transportation of the vehicles.
